Prior to joining BRS LLP, Fiona was an attorney at Fenwick and West LLP, where she was a close advisor to clients on various high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigation matters.  Fiona has litigated significant antitrust matters, including representing a technology client in its claims alleging monopolization of the cellular chipset industry and a clean energy company in its claims alleging monopolization against a state water and power utility.  Fiona was also a member of the trial team in several high-stakes jury trials, including Waymo LLC v. Uber Technologies, Inc., a trade secrets case involving self-driving car technology that went to jury trial and resulted in a favorable settlement, and Apple iPod iTunes Antitrust Litigation, a case involving class allegations of anticompetitive conduct relating to Apple’s iPod product that resulted in a favorable defense verdict at trial.  Outside of the courtroom, Fiona has extensive experience helping executives and board members in the health care, life sciences, and technology industries navigate challenging regulatory and corporate governance matters.

Fiona has also maintained an active pro bono practice, including first-chairing several asylum cases and assisting families in adoption cases.
